SHOCK AS MUHORONI MP K'OYOO DUPED VOTERS IN A MORTUARY BILL DEAL

Muhuroni residents are still smarting themselves from a recent shocking incident in which the area MP duped a bereaved family in mortuary bill payment.

James Onyango Koyoo, a first timer in the August house had initially pledged to handle the mortuary bill when the bereaved family approached him with the sad news of the death of their son.

According to one of the family members, frantic attempts to reach the MP on phone on the material day of body collection bore no fruits as his phone went unanswered.

‘’We tried reaching him on phone on the eve of going to the mortuary but he never picked, however we never sensed anything sinister until the following day when he continued to ignore our calls even at the time we texted him and told him we were already at the mortuary’’, he said.

The stranded family accompanied by other villagers to the mortuary was forced to organize an impromptu harambee at the premises.

They later contacted other local leaders including Kisumu County Majority leader Onyango Ong’ow after the harambee collection failed to realize the bill.

A section of Kenyan business tycoons are now struggling to get in touch with Ruto’s man who traveled from Netherlands with biscuits that drove two security guards in a state of constant erection.

After the news that George Ayugi aka Mbuta Likasu jetted into the country and distributed biscuits with high erection effects to security guards manning Trans National Building in Nairobi, the businessmen believed it was an opportunity to import the product to Kenya where it could sell like a hot cake.

The success of their move to import the product into the country would be a relief to Kenyan most women who have been complaining of their husbands’ poor performance in bed.

It has also emerged that police officers are divided on whom to lead in sampling of the remaining stock of the biscuits confiscated from Mbuta.

“They have given us a sample of the biscuits and we will test them to establish if they are laced with any drug that may have caused the problem with the guards. We are informed they started feeling dizzy, headache and other arousal in their bodies,” said Central OCPD Patrick Oduma.

Deputy President William Ruto’s Nyanza point man George Ayugi alias Mbuta is wanted by the police after he distributed biscuits laced with drugs containing high erection effects to security guards manning Trans National Building in Nairobi.

Mbuta, is said to have arrived to park his car around the building along Mama Ngina Street on Monday when he allegedly gave the guards the cookies before they immediately started complaining of fatigue, high temperature and dizziness.

The guards Jevanu Cheminingwa and William Cherusi from the First Force Security were at the same time complaining of hard erection and could not withstand the sight of women before they were rushed to Nairobi Hospital.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the incident may have been used as an attempt to break into the offices of a prominent city businessman.

Central OCPD Patrick Oduma said his officers are investigating the claims with an aim of taking action on the accused person.

Ayugi who is the National Organizing Secretary of Ruto’s URP has however denied any wrong doing, but confirmed giving out the biscuits that he bought in Netherlands where he had gone in a show of solidarity following  Ruto's Hague case.

KUPPET NOW WANTS KNEC TO POSTPONE NATIONAL EXAMS IN PROTEST OF DELAY OF FREE EDUCATION FUNDS.

The Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) has demanded National Examination Council (KNEC) to postpone the national examinations Which is to start next week, following the delay in the release of funds meant for the free education programme.

KUPPET National Secretary General, Akello Misori, speaking in Bondo town during the Annual General Meeting of the union, said the delay in releasing the funds for the ongoing third had hindered some schools from purchasing science equipment required by students during the national exams.

He noted that day schools were the worst affected by the delayed funds due to their huge financial burdens and their lack of alternative sources of funding.

Misori added that subsequently, he had asked all the school heads to send students home beginning Wednesday if the funds would not have been released.

“These funds will enable the schools to prepare adequately for the exams,” the union leader said.

The delay in the release of the funds comes dealt yet another blow to the sector.

The students’ learning calendar has previously been adversely disrupted this due to the March general elections and teachers’ strike that has placed students behind the syllabus.
